The Parks Collective, Agency is a strategic consulting and creative powerhouse dedicated to transforming communities through impactful storytelling, innovative programming, and authentic community engagement.

Founded by media veteran, Lashonda "Tropikana" Hatch, a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience in broadcasting, public relations, and community activation, our agency bridges the gap between powerful narratives and meaningful change. Tropikana's unique journey—from beloved radio personality to respected community advocate—drives our mission and fuels our passion.

The Parks Collective, Agency emerged from our founder, Lashonda "Tropikana" Hatch's transformative community engagement efforts beginning at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Collaborating closely with prominent organizations like The Center for Closing the Health Gap, Ohio Department of Insurance, and Ohio Department of Education, Tropikana served as a vital connector between communities and critical health resources. Her work included hosting press conferences alongside Senator Sherrod Brown, delivering impactful news segments, facilitating town halls alongside Vice Mayor Jan Michelle Lemon-Kearney for the Center for Closing the Health Gap featuring Black doctors, and serving as a spokesperson for mental health initiatives with the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Since then, our agency has championed numerous impactful initiatives, such as the Black Women's Health Movement's "Just For Us Conversations," ambassador partnerships with Cincinnati Public Schools, and Early Childhood Literacy campaigns with the Ohio Childhood Development Institute. These projects have firmly established The Parks Collective as a leading advocate for community wellness, education, and empowerment, solidifying Tropikana as a trusted voice within the community.
