2026 · Live Sponsorship Activation Community
JP Morgan Chase × Hartwell

A back-to-school activation that earned its sponsor's name.

When Chase wanted their dollars to land in the community, not just on a banner, PCA built the program around the people it would actually serve.

PCA designed and produced the Hartwell Back-to-School Bash as the activation deliverable for JP Morgan Chase's community sponsorship. Held at Hartwell Elementary on August 13, 2026, the program brought students, families, and Chase staff into the same room for a day of resource distribution, financial literacy programming, and storytelling that introduced families to the people behind the bank.

The activation was built to do what most check-passing sponsorships cannot: produce an ongoing relationship between a national brand and a hyper-local community.

Outcomes
  • Full activation produced and executed turnkey
  • Direct relationship between Chase and Hartwell families
  • Storytelling content captured for ongoing brand use
  • Pipeline established for follow-on programming

Future Story Lab × Cincinnati Public Schools

A speaker series that built future-ready voice.

Students don't just need exposure. They need language for who they're becoming.

The Future Story Lab Navigator cohort ran for seven weeks at Hartwell School in partnership with Cincinnati Public Schools. PCA designed the curriculum, recruited the speakers, built the digital passport infrastructure, and produced every session. Students worked through identity, voice, and future-facing career exposure with leaders they would not otherwise have met.

The speaker roster included Vice Mayor Jan Michelle Lemon Kearney, Shannel Heath (VP at Chase), celebrity fashion designer Kellie, and Kailah Ware. The program was anchored by a Supabase-backed digital passport at student.parkscollective.org and navigator.parkscollective.org.

Outcomes
  • 7-week cohort delivered to 7th and 8th grade students
  • Speaker roster: civic, corporate, fashion, and community
  • Digital passport platform built and deployed
  • Replicable model ready for additional schools

A wellness movement built around restoration as resistance.

The cohort culminates in The Crossing, a gathering set for June 27, 2026, that translates online programming into a real-room moment of release.

Outcomes

2026 · Live Methodology Build AI Literacy
Code Switch for AI · Three-Tier Ecosystem

A teaching method that turned cultural fluency into AI fluency.

If you grew up code-switching, you already know how to talk to AI. We made the method explicit.

PCA developed and deployed a three-tier learning ecosystem teaching the T.R.O.P. Method (Tone & Posture, Role Assignment, Override Defaults, Produce & Verify) as a culturally fluent framework for AI literacy. The ecosystem includes a presentation site, a self-guided lab, and a facilitated workshop, each architected for a different learner.

The methodology was submitted to Black Tech Week 2026 with a May 15 notification window. Built end-to-end including positioning, naming, methodology, three deployed sites, and the facilitator playbook.

Outcomes
  • Methodology developed: T.R.O.P.
  • Three deployed sites: Talk · Lab · Workshop
  • Submitted to Black Tech Week 2026
  • Replicable workshop ready for licensing
